NEW MILLENNIUM CHRISTIAN CENTER
Privacy
How your information is handled.
Your information
and your choices.
Updated October 29, 2026.
Website requests
Forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, message and any visit or ministry-interest details you choose to provide. Records are stored privately in NMCC’s WordPress inbox for church administrators to review and follow up. Requests and stories are not automatically published.
Follow-up and alerts
The church’s current follow-up contact is info.nmccenter@gmail.com. New-request alerts contain an administrator sign-in link rather than your message or contact details. Administrators may record assignment, response status and follow-up notes in the private inbox. The website does not promise continuous monitoring.
Your consent and requests
Submitting a form requires consent to church review and contact about that request. You are not automatically subscribed to a newsletter or text messages. Contact info.nmccenter@gmail.com or 336.510.0578 to ask about access, correction or removal of your information.
Keeping information
Church administrators review and remove records manually. A formal retention period has not yet been established. Removal from the inbox may not immediately remove copies retained in hosting backups.
External services
Giving takes place on Givelify under its own terms and privacy practices. Facebook recordings open on Facebook; that service may require sign-in. This website does not collect donation payment details or load social video players automatically.
Cookies, fonts and protection
WordPress and Hostinger may use cookies for administration and site protection. Google Fonts are requested externally when pages load. This release adds no advertising trackers, external analytics tags or visitor session recordings. Submission abuse limits use short-lived, hashed identifiers rather than storing raw IP addresses in request records.
Prayer and personal stories
Share only details you are comfortable having church administrators review. Avoid another person’s private information without permission. Story submissions do not grant publication permission. These forms are not an emergency service.
